We do accept corporate clients that are selling SaaS solutions or with start-up vibes where the software teams are business critical for the product while the culture enables employees to grow, be who they want to be and where they can fulfill a purpose. We are picky, because we do want success for all parties involved.
Most of our clients are in the Netherlands and Germany. We know the markets, salaries, your competitors, we have a network, but we do have experience with hiring in Israel, France, UK, Sweden, Spain and the US or for full remote companies.
We offer a custom made warranty based on replacement of candidate if the candidates decides to leave during the probation period, also if the candidate misbehaves or is not a good fit for the company based on the requirements you gave us. We want to make sure you hire the right candidate.
Yes we can discuss this during our intake call. The price depends on a lot of factors. But for example if you are looking to hire 10 English speaking Python Back-End engineers in Amsterdam this year and we can work with exclusivity on them, it means that we will be working on just Python and it means less work for our consultants and higher chance of success. So it requires less resources.
