Introduction
4Purpose was founded by Robert Tichelaar. He started in the recruitment business in 2007 dealing with international customers from the vibrant city of Amsterdam. Robert started as an entrepreneur in 2010 when he left a big tech recruitment agency. In these years he felt that he was missing skills and experience to give a good advice so he started to work internally as talent acquisition specialist and later lead talent acquisition on interim basis. Seeing how everything works within big corporates, government and mostly start and scale-ups or software vendors from US to Germany and different European countries. Then he started the idea to use this international experience and knowledge to help customers and candidates to connect with each other, but this time with more focus on what the real reasons are behind the reasons. Everyone that works for 4Purpose will be trained on this missing part that Robert had when he started his agency in 2010. We are here to fulfill a purpose and make sure that our customers and candidates are happy with the quality we deliver and continue to build a long-term relationship with us.
