Talent Acquisition Sourcer (full remote)

The job:
– Join job intakes with clients and analyze requirements
– Approach candidates with Linkedin, ChatGPT, AI sourcing tools etc
– Depending on your level you would do the first interview with a candidate
– You will be measured on the quality of your pipeline

Requirements:
– Sourcing experience in high level sales, marketing, management or tech
– You like work with and to find new tools, bring new ideas, creative ways of approaching
– Smart handy attitude with a great sense for priority
